Rules for Obstacle Course Maple Sugar Weekend
Time: 10 AM to approximately 12 noon
Date: Saturday, March 27th 2010
Location: Cascade Park, Main Street Woodstock NH
Prizes will be awarded to top three finishers in each category along with other awards at the discretion of the Judges.
General Rules:
- Time starts when at the Starting line and cow bell rings.
- Each obstacle is worth 1 point.
- Every obstacle MUST be completed 100% correct before moving on or a 0 for that obstacle will be given.
- Judge will be in the arena, and their decision is final.
- Winners will be determined by number of obstacles completed then on time.
- Course map will be available DAY of Event.
- Snow shoes must be at least 24 inches in Length.
Time Limit:
- There will be a 10 minute MAXIMUM time limit per run.
- There will be a 5 point penalty for the adult and intermediate age divisions if they do not arrive with at least 2 quarts of Sap.
Age divisions:
- 6 years and under
- 7-12 years
- 13 and over.
Abuse of any judge or any unsafe activity will not be tolerated. This is a FAMILY event, it’s not professional sports!
